Background
multi Gb/s optical transceiver
We performed the design, modeling, simulation of modulations and algorithms for signal processing and error correction for a coherent multi Gb/s transceiver (600, 100, 40 and 10 Gb/s) under OTN recommendation for transoceanic links and data centers. Finally, the RTL digital implementation, post synthesis functional verification and implementation (backend) for ASIC was carried out.
proximity-1 transceiver
We performed the design, modeling, simulation of modulations and algorithms for signal processing and error correction for a coherent transceiver under the Proximity-1 recommendation belonging to the CCSDS. The RTL digital implementation, post-synthesis functional verification and implementation for FPGA was performed. Furthermore, a Leon3 embedded microprocessor from Gaisler and its corresponding software / firmware supported in RTEMS were included.
rtl for pci bus
We carried out the development and verification of RTL code for PCI bus communication and control by using IP cores libraries from Gaisler. This implementation applied to the science computer expansion boards for satellite applications.
iot network for energy measurement
Implementation of a home energy consumption telemetry system. The collection of the energy consumption information was integrated into the billing system of the energy distribution company.
iot network for temperature measurement
Design of the measurement network and the temperature sensor for the assurance and traceability of raw material for animal food production. Trend analysis to reduce delivery time and to generate alarms in cases of overheating.
opportunistic insertion of goods and services into the market
Use of natural language processing techniques to provide information on opportunities for the supply of goods and services. Data Mining and scraping to analyze the state of the market and dataset assembly for algorithm training. Service deployed in Azure Cloud.
video processing in the cloud
Implementation of digital video processing algorithms in FPGA, GPU and CPU. Deployment in AWS for the construction of 3D processing pipes.
